I’m Marguerite, founder of Vestry. For almost two decades, I’ve worked where investors and investment meet, building the models, analyses, and structure that make capital work in practice. My background spans investment banking, private equity, and investor relations, giving me a deep understanding of how capital moves through businesses according to the agreements that govern them.

Vestry bridges a gap in the market. Law firms and business owners need quantitative support like cap table management, transaction modeling, and due diligence prep, but rarely have in-house analysts who understand both legal and financial detail, especially in the context of growth-stage startups. That is where I come in.

Before founding Vestry, I worked in investment banking and private equity, managed fundraising and structuring for more than a billion dollars in transactions, and taught financial modeling at the graduate level. Today, my firm supports attorneys, founders, and investors nationwide on everything from Carta administration to modeling and due diligence audit preparation.
