Problems We’ve Solved for Clients
How it Works
-
Book a free consultation so that we can discuss your goals and current materials.
Once we agree on scope and terms, you’ll receive a simple engagement agreement and onboarding link. Work begins as soon as the agreement is signed and the first task or time block is confirmed, typically within 24-48 hours.
As a client, you’ll get a private Slack channel or direct contact line for real-time communication (if Slack is your thing). With your invoices, you’ll receive transparent time tracking and detailed reporting through Insightful.
-
Hourly contract invoices are issued weekly on Mondays for the prior week’s hours. Clients on retainer-based billing receive invoices weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly (you choose).
Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt.
-
Pay right through your invoice using a credit card or ACH.
-
All billable activity is verified through Insightful, which provides a clear record of hours worked and tools used. Time logs and summaries are shared with each invoice.
-
No, all work is performed directly by Vestry’s founder and supported by trusted technical and administrative systems. No outsourced client work.

That depends on what you need completed, and is heavily impacted by the complexity of your capital structure. It’s difficult to know how long it will take to mow a lawn if you’ve never seen the lawn. That’s why we discuss your needs before starting a contract.
